Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, Supply chain, production head, & management team.
∎ Reviewing production plan time to time with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Monitoring Order status & conducting regular meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensuring the precise & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Identifying production irregularities & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Ensuring proper flow of information maintaining clear communication with merchandising & Production, store, cutting, sewing, finishing & washing) for smooth operation.
∎ Guiding and mentoring planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Study and record time and motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
∎ Tracking Production KPI by maintaining data synchronization with Related Departments.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Minimum 5-year experience in IE & Planning Department.
∎ Without knowledge on following sector not need to apply.
∎ The applicants should have 5 years' experience in the following area (S): Production, Floor/Line Management, Work Study, and Planning.
∎ Must have experience in Woven industry.
∎ Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.
∎ Good interpersonal skill
