Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Planning, developing, preparing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR and Compliance in accordance with legal perspective and cost control.
∎ Handle & monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment (e.g. post job advertisement, short list potential candidates, arrange interview etc), selection, placement, compensation/benefits.
∎ Ensure timely issuing of several HR related letters viz. Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Job Separation Letter and so on
∎ Monitoring & analysis leaves, absenteeism, migration of employees (staff & workers) and report same to management on daily & monthly accordingly.
∎ Preparing department wise organogram & standard operating procedure (SOP) and prepare job description as well.
∎ Look after the matters relating to wages, compensation & benefit, final settlement, maternity & death case, insurance, employee's counseling, grievance & disciplinary issues, several committee meeting, file (personal file) management of both existing & separated employees and others motivational program for employee retention.
∎ Prepare training calendar for the year and make sure training on monthly basis pertaining to several topics such as-
∎ o Basics of Bangladesh labor law & rules, induction/orientation, employment terms & conditions, compensation & benefit, working hour, over time, all kind of leave (CL, SL, AL, FL, ML, WH) procedure, harassment/abuse, grievance procedure, disciplinary procedure, maternity benefit, resignation, termination, company's & buyers rules & regulation/CoC, first aid, awareness of baby's mother & childcare governess, section wise risk, PPE, fire safety, product safety, electric safety, environmental health & safety, chemical management, EMS, waste management, CTPAT, mid level management, 5S, GOTS, OCS, GRS, female worker empowerment, PC, SC, CC, AHGC, big sister and so on are done timely for workers and staffs. After the training evaluate the training effectiveness.
∎ - Achieving & implementing several relevant law & compliance requirements in the factory complex as required by brands.
∎ To keep the factory ready at all time to pass any kind of 1st & 3rd party audit/ visit on Social, Security/C-TPAT & Technical/Quality Compliance, Alliance/Accord etc with ensuring workers and workplace safety, product safety, environmental safety by carrying out regular visit/audit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Handling buyer's visit & 3rd party audit and give best effort to make the audit/visit successful.
∎ Ensuring submission of CAP (Corrective Action Plan) with best quality to CAP reviewer within stipulated time and make sure it's validation.
∎ Maintain buyer wise all audit including certification audit status and prior to expiry (at least 1/2/3 months) have communication with the brands/audit firm for renewal/annual audit to keep factory active.
∎ Look after the matter relating to legal documents/license update, drinking water test, calibration of measuring equipment ensuring of proper housekeeping.
∎ Liaison with different stakeholder's viz. buyer, audit/compliance monitoring firm, government body, inter department & so on.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proficient in using independent decision making skills, astute problem analysis & solving skill and sound judgment to positively impact company success and highly committed to ensuring quality of services. Good exposure to handling a number of world's renowned buyers.
