Education:

  • B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Diploma in Textile Engineering/ Graduate from a reputed institution/University/college

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years

  • Have the working experience with reputed Knit Factory who have more than 100 product line.

  • Strong fabric technical knowledge—cotton, blended, elastane, mélange, specialized fabrics etc.

  • Clear understanding of knitting process parameters & machine performance.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical thinking & communication skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong production floor presence.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage the complete grey fabrics quality assurance process from yarn to knitting to finishing stages.

  • Develop and implement quality control standards, SOPs, and inspection systems to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Review buyer specifications, technical sheets, and fabric parameters to ensure production accuracy.

  • Monitor fabric quality checkpoints such as gsm, shrinkage, spirality, dia, yarn faults, knitting defects, contamination level etc.

  • Ensure proper fabric inspection and grading using standard 4-point systems.

  • Coordinate with knitting, dyeing, merchandising, production, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective & preventive actions.

  • Maintain rejection, wastage, and claim control by improving process discipline and efficiency.

  • Train and develop the QA team to strengthen inspection, communication, and decision-making ability.

  • Ensure factory quality compliance with buyer, third-party, and internal audit standards.
