Responsibilities & Context:

• Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.

• Ensure smooth execution of apparels production of the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.

• Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.

• Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.

• Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.

• Always have to communicate with the merchandising and planning team and solve every production issue related to merchandising and planning.

• Coordinate all department for smooth Garments manufacturing.

• Closely monitor sewing and finishing get the best possible output along with give proper direction in the floor.

• Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.

• Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.

• Lead all production staffs from the front and having good command on them & ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.

• Achieve maximum production by cost minimization & Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC.

• Supervise and manage the overall aspects of the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Quality department.

• Ensuring production operations as per set SOPs and Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.

• Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations to complete the sewing.

• Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.

• Any other assignment given by the top management.
