  • Newsletter preparation and coordination.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Collect all training needs from the annual appraisals and compile them for assessment of annual training requirement, plan and design annual training calendar for management and other employees/staff and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training schedule.

  • Update annual training and implement it as per schedule.

  • Coordinate with business units/ Department /individual trainees, different universities and resource persons, arrange audio visual equipment, and support services.

  • Documents/ file/prepare reading materials. Collect Company news for in-house magazine, write and edit different news items, plan, design and arrange publication of the quarterly news letter and distribute the same among the readers. Maintain liaison with news papers.

  • Coordinate technical up gradation and project related training and other activities.

  • Assist Head of HR in recruitment process and planning, organizing, monitoring Management Trainee Scheme.

  • Organize and co-ordinate Orientation programs for all new entrants, and intern students in the company.

  • Arrange publication of company news/ advertisement when needed, in different newspapers. Maintain liaison with newspapers.

  • Co-ordinate with different universities/ institutions and intern students for internship program in the company as well as for campus recruitment if needed.

  • Assist Head of HR in developing appropriate strategy for the development of human resources and implementing the same for making the employees attain sustainable skill and appropriate technology.

  • Develop a training culture; proactive attitude in work behavior- using new technology and methods among the employees of the company.

  • Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

  • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

  • Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
