Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle C-TPAT, Social Compliance Audit.
∎ Clear idea to prepare duty roster for various unit.
∎ Capable to monitor and Control the whole security operations for the organization.
∎ Coordinate the Site administration to implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the Implementing security protocols.
∎ Supervising security Guard.
∎ Ensure security of materials, Goods in factory, site by regular patrolling/ checking procedure.
∎ Understand factory needs, maintain and develop site security activities.
∎ To maintain contacts with local Police Station, Fire, Hospital and other necessary utility service providers
∎ Perform any other works as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 plus years managerial job performed.
∎ The applicants should have experience as Security In charge, Manager.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Retried from Defense
∎ Having good communication skills.
∎ Being physically fit.
∎ Having good knowledge of security environments and hazards.
∎ Being polite.
∎ Having interpersonal skills.
∎ Being analytical.
∎ Having leadership skills.
∎ Being proactive.
