Responsibilities & Context:
✅ Follow up with Team Leaders regarding production details to ensure on-time shipment.
✅ Communicate with customers, factories, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
✅ Anticipate problems and propose constructive solutions.
✅ Maintain team spirit and resolve conflicts between customer and factory (e.g., delivery/production delays).
✅ Coordinate with relevant departments to fix delivery schedules and production sequence.
✅ Handle sample developments, order files, reports, and documentation.
✅ Work closely with Quality and Technical teams to ensure product quality standards.
✅ Daily communication with customers and clients.
✅ Support Buyer & Supplier by sharing information with top management to solve issues proactively.
