Work with senior leadership to understand the hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with the company’s goals.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
Ensure that the process is efficient, fair, and effective, reducing time-to-hire while maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, ensuring they have the resources and support to meet hiring targets.
Provide ongoing training to the recruitment team on best practices, interviewing techniques, and new recruitment tools.
Develop and implement strategies to source candidates using various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate with hiring managers for interviews.
Help guide interview panels, ensuring structured interviews that assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote the company as an employer of choice, developing initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation in the job market.
Ensure that the company’s values and culture are reflected in job advertisements and employer branding activities.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and diversity in hiring.
Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding recruitment performance and areas for improvement.
Ensure that recruitment processes comply with labor laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
Stay informed about recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to streamline operations.
Manage the recruitment budget, allocating resources effectively across various recruitment channels and campaigns.
Monitor spending on job advertisements, recruitment events, and external agencies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that they are smoothly integrated into the company and that their transition is positive.
Work closely with HR to ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment requirements are met.
