Responsibilities & Context:
A renowned 100 % export based Knit composite Garments is looking for potential candidate as Deputy Manager (Fabric Planning) at its factory office near Mawna, Gazipur.
The factory has 30 Tons of Dyeing & 25 Tons of Knitting capacity per month.
Major Job Responsibilities of the position includes
Prepare effective fabric planning (Monthly/Weekly/Daily) in alignment with Garments Planning.
Make dyeing plan by considering optimum production from the dyeing machines.
Ensure timely delivery of finished fabric in the cutting section as per T&A.
Following timely in-housing of yarn and on time gray fabric production as per T&A.
Ensure on time availability of gray fabrics in the batch section.
Act to minimize short quantity of fabric.
Coordinate with Marketing & Merchandising team to get updated fabric requirement.
