∎ Minimum graduation in Textile Engineering/BBA/MBA from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Laboratory/ Testing, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all kinds of sample research & developing pre-production sample, production sample, Lab test, sample before delivery ensure.
∎ Prepare test report as per requirements of Buyers.
∎ Ensure Fabric quality parameter.
∎ Follow up the activities of subordinate to meet the quality and submission deadline.
∎ Monitor the sample & Short quantity, prepare of program sample, dyeing program in dyeing machine as well as the sample grey Fabric status & ensure batch confirm.
∎ Solve the quality problem of bulk production by follow up sample issues.
∎ Control & supervise of all R&D section.
∎ Inspection and its regarding document keeping contract with physical lab fabric test.
∎ Responsible for the counter sample, pre-production Gold Seal, Lab Test, order sheet receive dyeing and deliver schedule maintain.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Research & development.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed time-frame.
∎ Ability to communicate with other department & supplier for smooth operations.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
Salary: Negotiable
