• Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems for knit garments

• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, and company SOPs

• Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections

• Handle buyer audits, third-party inspections, and certifications

• Ensure quality standards are maintained from fabric inspection to final shipment

• Control defects at cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packing stages

• Analyze defect trends and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

• Act as the key contact for buyers regarding quality-related matters

• Ensure buyer comments and approvals are properly communicated and implemented

• Ensure compliance with buyer codes of conduct and social compliance standards

• Lead and manage QA/QC team (In-line, End-line, Final Inspectors)

• Train quality staff and production teams on quality standards and defect prevention

• Evaluate team performance and recommend improvement plans

• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and audit documents

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports

• Ensure traceability of quality records for audits and buyer review

• Work closely with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams

• Implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and rework

• Promote right-first-time and zero-defect culture
