• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies: Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), statistical process control, and other quality tools. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of quality control professionals. 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization. 

• Proficiency in quality control software and tools: Familiarity with data analysis tools and quality management systems. 

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards: Familiarity with safety regulations, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements. 

• Should have experience in the toiletries or personal care industry is preferred: Specific knowledge of the manufacturing processes and quality requirements for toiletries and personal care products is highly desirable. 

Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems:

• Establish and maintain quality control procedures, protocols, and standards for all stages of production, from raw materials to finished products. 

Monitor Research & Development (R &D) of New Products (Toiletries, Home Care, and Personal Hygiene products):

• Good technical knowledge on overall production and R&D of different types of Personal Care & Home Care Products (cosmetics & toiletries) of local and international Brands.
• Should have ability to plan and implement new innovative products design, production activities, optimizing available resources and to undertake process control to ensure Current Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) are being followed to produce world class quality products.

Monitor Production and Quality:

• Oversee the manufacturing process, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that products meet established quality standards and specifications. 

Analyze Data and Identify Issues:

• Collect and analyze data on product quality, identify trends, and investigate root causes of any quality-related issues. 

Manage and Train Quality Team:

• Supervise and mentor the quality control team, providing training and guidance on quality standards and procedures. 

Communicate and Collaborate:

• Effectively communicate quality issues and solutions to relevant stakeholders, including management, production teams, and suppliers. 
• Maintain Records and Documentations.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization related to quality. 

Manage Supplier Quality:

• Monitor and review the performance of suppliers to ensure they meet the required quality standard.
