Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality control through inspection process throughout the factory manufacturing
∎ process
∎ Able to correspondence with buyer any technical, approval, information or
∎ approval issue or any other required issue.
∎ Always aiming latest technology for highest quality, Effective follow up,
∎ coordination and liaison the buyer-sample department-merchandiser-factories.
∎ Follow buyer's requirements very sincerely and follow their comments to make a
∎ good garment. Always try to making the buyer happy by following their rules &
∎ regulation.
∎ Easy for understanding sample status we make workbook for buyer.
∎ All type of sample good monitoring & requirement wise send to buyer for approval.
∎ Work on Product development according to the buyer's instruction.
∎ Work with production teams to develop process flows and helped trouble shoot
∎ problems.
∎ Make sure to send sample according to buyer requirement & personally checking the sample fitting with related mannequin before dispatch to buying
∎ office/customer.
∎ Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical
∎ specification is followed.
∎ Able to Check block pattern about customer provide correction.
∎ Able to support to tech. team & quality team re grading technical issue.
∎ Attend buyer meeting Educate to operators about technical and buyer standard.
∎ Check the shrinkage before bulk cutting accordingly adjusts the pattern.
∎ Check print, Embroidery with approval swatch and give approval.
∎ Check the accessories. With approved trim, file wise and give approval.
∎ Check the fabric lot with buyer approval swatch.
∎ Make sure all process quality control from style lay out start period.
∎ Performing PP meeting style & order wise.
∎ Check factory in-house quality procedure and advice to follow our required criteria.
∎ Check the pattern before cutting if found ok then gives permission for trial cutting.
∎ Perform Pre-final and final inspection.
∎ Work with merchandising team & co-ordinate with buyer and supplier.
∎ Follow up all kind of customer required garments test.
∎ Follow up of quality system of daily production and report to office.
∎ Check trial quantity output & give performance report if it ok than offer to buying * Check & taken permission for bulk.
∎ Check inline production garments in process wise and make minimum 3 inline report per style.
∎ Check initial finishing garments and give approval garments for finishing standard.
∎ Able to follow up Q.C. in a floor overall cutting, sewing & finishing.
∎ Keeping outgoing defects percentage in minimum level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Should have experience of leading QA team for at least 100 Lines factory.
∎ Should have experience of working in circular knit composite factory, and able to take the responsibility of Quality Controlling from fabrics to shipment.
