Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The overall management of the department and the establishment of a team atmosphere
∎ • The establishment of a departmental incentive system and the evaluation of departmental personnel
∎ • Decomposition and implementation of departmental shipment, quality, safety and other objectives
∎ • Test efficiency and cost management and improvement
∎ • Develop and improve the quality management system of the company
∎ • Organization of quality management work plans and implementation plans for quality activities
∎ • The responsible organization shall formulate and perfect the quality responsibility system of the company and ensure that the system is implemented
∎ • Organize and implement internal quality management system audit, product audit, process audit
∎ • Leading major quality improvement projects
∎ • Communication with peripheral departments
