Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure high standards in our trims and packaging processes.
∎ Implement and maintain quality management practices tailored to the trims and packaging industry.
∎ Collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Encourage compliance with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality performance.
∎ Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure high standards in our trims and packaging processes.
