Job Responsibilities:
∎ Based on buyer quality guideline you should maintain standard quality of garments.
∎ In all aspect of quality issues you will be the concern.
∎ Monitoring and checking daily quality report, identify the problems correctly and take necessary step to minimize DHU%.
∎ Before starting production collect the approval samples and other papers from merchandisers and co-ordinate with Quality team.
∎ Arranging each styles PP meeting (cutting / quality / production all teams) among the teams before start production according to buyer requirement.
∎ All technical issues checking of Buyer H&M, K-mart, Next, Mothercare, Hema and then go for test cutting.
∎ After 1st production checking all requirements from buyer and accordingly proceed further production.
∎ Follow up the daily production schedule and arrange them accordingly.
∎ Arranging meeting among the teams to have better knowledge of quality and technical issues.
∎ Follow the company rules / policy very strictly.
∎ Having experience on Quality Controlling process from development stage to Shipment.
∎ Responsible to ensure quality and shipment with zero defects as per buyer's direction.
∎ The technical & Critical knowledge on tent & garments manufacturing as well as sampling, inline and final Inspection, day-to-day production follow up.
∎ Responsibility of fabric checking to shipment, generate daily reports on quality checking and quality passed products, and guide the quality team in every department to ensure the best quality output.
∎ Have to accountable and maintain QC's productivity at optimum level at all time by close communication.
∎ Identify cause and actionable steps to improve product and reduce return
∎ Improve and invent QA procedure, recommend corrective procedures
∎ Responsible to manage all final and self-inspection.
∎ Responsible to manage all Quality related technical audit like-QMS & QS and Capable to read, understand and apply all buyers protocol/Manual/Standard.
∎ Capable to directly communicate with buyers about Quality related update.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Ability to lead the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 to 10 year experience in quality department as a Manager of quality assurance team in well renowned factory.
∎ Experience in Knit Garments Manufacturing Processes.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Should capable enough to read & write the technical comments from buyers.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali and must have computer skills (Email Communication, MS Word. MS Excel, MS Excess, Power point).
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
