We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Manager- QMS-Button and Zipper" for the Weixing Industrial (Bangladesh) Co., Ltd. located at Cumilla EPZ, Cumilla the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results:

• Capable to handle QMS and technical audit as per standard.

• Able to prepared QMS and technical audit documents and CAPs.

• Must have proper knowledge to face ISO-9001: 2015 QMS Audit.

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

• Ensuring compliance with international quality standards such as ISO, AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), and customer-specific requirements.

• Supervise day to day quality assurance activities & ensure the quality of the products as per requirement and standard.

• Expertise in inspecting raw materials (Zipper and Button) for defects, color consistency, and durability.

• Maintain accurate records and provide quality control reports to the relevant management or Seniors.

• Ensure the preparation of on-time reports for managerial decision-making.

• Any other tasks assigned by the Seniors/ Management
