∎ Quality Management System, Quality Control, Audit, Quality Inspection etc.
∎ Specially work with H&M buyer
∎ Job Station: Kaliakair, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast working knowledge on H&M Buyer like H&M procedure & QS system, MMR issue & specially QMS Standard etc.
∎ Excellent knowledge on overall quality assurance functions of delivering products to H&M.
∎ Should Know Country Routine of Sewing & Finishing for H&M Buyer.
∎ Should have defects detecting & controlling capacity.
∎ Find problems in garments & make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ To ensure that quality of garments delivered to H&M are in line with their (H&M) needs and company's objects.
∎ Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.
∎ Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit etc.
∎ Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following H&M technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with H&M quality practices.
∎ Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production.
∎ Assist to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.
∎ Prepare necessary documents as per buyer requirements and keep reservation.
∎ Excellent knowledge on CAP preparation.
∎ Presentation skill in any subject matter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications (Specially MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
∎ Able to issue inspection report
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure
∎ Attention to details
∎ Available for travel when required
∎ Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model
