Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to sound knowledge about GMP, HACCP, FSSC, QMS/ FSMS concepts and Train to QA team.
∎ Have to Ensure the quality related complaints are investigated and resolved.
∎ Coordinate Internal and External audit in customer audit readiness, preparation of CAPA and monitoring of the compliance of the actions on regular basis.
∎ Have to ensure quality management systems are developed and implemented.
∎ Ensure that materials are appropriately tested and the results are reported.
∎ Evaluates and ensures implementation of corrective action plan drawn due to deviation and out of specifications results, customer complaints which may have an impact on product Quality.
∎ Ensures that the personal directly involved in the manufacture, packaging, testing and distribution of product is appropriately trained to meet GMP requirements.
∎ Ensure the Periodic Quality Reviews are carried out, SOP are made and actions are monitored on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for COA report review & approve before final product delivery.
