Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Establish & Maintaining the Quality Assurance System in the whole process of woven garments.
∎ 2. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
∎ 3. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s quality systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirement.
∎ 4. Product specification needed to be understood, spread the required QMS messages to all related staffs before starting production of any newly product & ensure that all specification is maintained till shipment.
∎ 5. Have to be present in the PP meeting & instructions of PP meeting needed to be ensured in the floor.
∎ 6. Have to take technical file, Approved PP sample & Approved trim Card from Technical Manager (Mr. Shan) before starting production of any newly product. Mockup needed to hang to all machines before starting production.
∎ 7. Have to control DHU level & documentation related to DHU have to maintain.
∎ 8. Effectively interact with production and Development Teams.
∎ 9. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ 10. Execution of corrective action and compliance with customer’s specification
∎ 11. Maintaining QMS reports (Daily, weekly & monthly).
∎ 12. Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing with customer requirements.
∎ 13. Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/ QC.
∎ 14. Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ 15. Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
∎ 16. Any other related task assigned by the Management.
