Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Food Technology/Nutritional Sciences or Chemistry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production planning and efficient operations.
∎ To follow standard operating Procedure.
∎ Ensure standard manpower as per production schedule.
∎ Handle Section In-charge, machine operators, supervisor & labor properly.
∎ To monitor machine breakdown report and other checklist provided in production floor.
∎ To control production cost reducing wastage as well as proper utilization of manpower.
∎ To check standard output of finished goods as per materials consumption.
∎ To check & maintain log book used in production floor.
∎ Shift report preparing and send to General Manager.
∎ Oversee production in cake, biscuit, bread, beverage, chips and snacks section.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake/ Biscuit/ Bread)
∎ Good communication skill and should be capable of working alone and as part of a team.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
