Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively execute the daily production plan by establishing and adherence to right product (Adhesive, Glue, DOP) recipe in each batch
∎ Analyze the Adhesive, Glu, DOP chemicals and its application
∎ Drive methodology improvements (Adhesive, Glue, DOP) on Head of Operation’s guidance and ensure operational delivery, production costs by ensuring high quality product through sound engineering.
∎ Ensure optimizing the usage of equipment, people, maintenance services, and resources
∎ Assist Head of Operations to prepare monthly/quarterly raw material forecast
∎ Improve capabilities of production and quality assurance through working with Quality and Engineering team, analyzing root cause of cycle time, yield, and process variation to reduce waste
∎ Lead the floor level team for contribution to company’s profitable growth
∎ Ensure right manpower set-up with required skill & experience
∎ Ensure EHS standards at optimal cost while identifying and implementing new processes, tools, fixtures
∎ Responsible to monitor all kinds of chemicals storing according to the standard.
∎ Ensure effective coordination with QA/LAB for testing of materials as per requirement.
∎ Production Scheduling, monitoring & optimizing
∎ Day to day overall operation Tally or ERP software
∎ Assist Plant in Charge in monitoring erection & commissioning of new plant within the stipulated time frame and generate necessary reports accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
