Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand of demand & supply data, historical trend, production capacity/efficiency & build the sales forecast.
∎ Drive continuous process improvement in the secondary sales to optimize route productivity, cost efficiencies, compliance and hygiene through periodical audit in field.
∎ Prepare annual goals, incentive plan and KPI’s for field forces and distributor activities & track ongoing results through appropriate MIS/Reports/Analytical tools.
∎ Support distributor’s adherence to trading terms & coordinate with factory distribution & logistics department for proper delivery support.
∎ Manage end to end process development & execute distributor claim management system.
∎ Review & optimize distributor management process (Open/Close including distribution requirements i.e warehousing, route coverage, tools, finance, back office systems, route charts cascade down & follow up.
∎ Arrange/Execute training events/conferences/meetings along with output measurement process drive time to time.
∎ Develop sales automation system to capture sales data in field force and distributor level through Apps/SAP/Web Tools also to integrate company ERP system.
∎ Analyze distribution matrix and territory mapping to address growth/expansion opportunities, provide suitable solutions/RTM models to improve.
∎ Analyze and evaluate distributor’s operation profitability, New DB appointment process drive/Check point where applicable, Distributor service survey and Customer care.
∎ Coordinate retail & corporate sales teams to drive a single team agenda and help them for documentation processes.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the sales process of the company. He will responsible for identify the areas of improvement, deploys digitalization/automation in managing sales force effectiveness along with run the regular operational activities as well as after sales services of sales function.
