Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead a team of telesales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to drive success.
∎ Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities, introduce Odoo ERP solutions, and discuss client needs in-depth.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
∎ Effectively communicate the value of Odoo ERP solutions, tailoring messaging to various industries and business needs.
∎ Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, including lead conversion rates, call productivity, and sales funnel progress.
∎ Manage customer data and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
