Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle inquiries, provide product information, and assist clients in identifying their needs.
∎ Sales Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
∎ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and transactions.
∎ Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Service Teams to deliver excellent customer service. Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
∎ After-Sales Support: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services. Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
