Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for ENGINE OIL to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
∎ Monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Plan seasonal promotions and campaigns to boost sales for ENGINE OIL.Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets for ENGINE OIL.
∎ Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Set individual and team performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and offer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets..
∎ Regularly visit customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for expanding business.
∎ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns quickly and professionally to maintain positive relationships and retain clients.
∎ Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to ensure the company remains competitive and positioned for growth.
