∎ Greet and welcome foreign visitors / buyers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
∎ Handle check-ins, check-outs and appointment scheduling efficiently.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
∎ Manage phone calls, emails and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
∎ Maintaining log books/registers/parcels
∎ Provide support to the administrative department when needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
