• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Market Research.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Group of companies.

• Sound Knowledge in English.

• Sound Knowledge in Computer

• Ready to achieve business goal.

• Good relationships with foreign Buyers.

• Responsible for dealing and Marketing for all type of garments (Knit / Woven / Sweater).

• Must have good linkage / relationship with foreign buyers and capable to on board the orders within short span of time.

• Ensure collection of order from buyer directly.

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role.

• Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

• Strong project management and organization skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead & motivate a team.

• Implement cost-saving measured to improve profitability.

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department.

• Should have a good knowledge in fabric, yarn, accessories, print & embroidery, sourcing, costing and T&A (Time & Action Plan) etc.

• Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality to lead a Merchandising team.
