∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the IT, automotive, or electronics industry.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales target. Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Plaza & Distribution Channel. The ideal candidates will leverage their sales expertise and strategic skills to develop Distribution networks, drive product sales, expand distribution channels, and foster business development in assigned territories.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ 1. Identify, onboard, and establish partnerships with distributors in the assigned territory and make a plan to achieve the given target & ensure total collection.
∎ 2. Monitor and evaluate dealer/distribution performance, providing support to improve sales and operational efficiency. Conduct regular visits to potential partners to ensure proper alignment with sales goals.
∎ 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operation management to ensure smooth execution of plans and campaigns to increase product visibility, awareness, and marketing activities.
∎ 4. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, dealer progress, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of our product line.
