∎ Practical experience in marketing and PRINTING chemicals & Accessories such as Capillary DIRECT Films, Direct Emulsions, DTF FILM & INKS, Pigment Inkjet Films, Ink Cartridges, Screen Chemicals, Screen Printing Mesh Digital Screen Master Screen Printing Frame Screen Printing Squeegee Screen Printing Kit Screen Printing Machine.
∎ Technical Knowledge of Products.
∎ Good knowledge of both English & Bangla
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communicational skills to work in a team environment, Smart, presentable & communicative candidate with computer skills.
∎ Positive Attitude & Pro-Activeness
∎ Self-driven, result-oriented, hard-working and willing to visit anywhere in the country when needed. Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be able to identify the target markets and awareness of markets.
∎ Good Negation and Interpersonal Skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The prime responsibilities of the applicants should be maintaining business with the existing factories/customers and increasing business with existing factories.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to communicate with the management of assigned factories.
∎ Coordinate with the Head of the Department to develop a marketing strategy to increase sales.
∎ Regular communication and follow with existing customers to resolve compliance issues for sales.
∎ Execute trial of chemicals and give proper technical support to production people.
∎ Collect market information like competitors’ activities and their product features and report to the supervisor.
∎ Key Points: CHEMIE TECH is looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced "Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing for Screen Printing & Digital Printing who is self-motivated, result-oriented and ready to accept challenges in this position.
