Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Driving the major business KPIs of upay including active customer base, transaction volume, app active base etc.
∎ Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to inform product decisions
∎ Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
∎ Defining user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide the design process
∎ Planning upcoming campaigns of upay in partnership with relevant business teams
∎ Overseeing end-to-end execution of customer campaigns
∎ Owning and driving the product roadmap of upay to ensure continuous innovation and market leadership in best customer solutions and offering (for both B2B and mass customers).
