Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure design grading according to Buyer requirement
∎ Ensure Test new inks and chemicals the shade matching as per standard of new product given by the Marketing department.
∎ Confirm bulk sample and pattern approval
∎ Training & guide line PPE use, 5'S system maintain, Teach, develop and describe Printing SOP.
∎ Measured on quality, efficiency, KPI, run rates per production man hour and production labor cost and maintain register monthly & yearly printing expenditure analysis per style.
∎ Organize P.P meeting with floor staffs before new print production.
∎ Prepare daily production plan and follow up the production efficiency/target align the day to day work of printing team with production benchmarks.
∎ Ensure month wise chemical indent arrange pre-production meeting and conduct it handover the production file in line and machine supervisor to understand the buyer's requirement and specification
∎ Prepare unit wise monthly production plan and ensure unit wise on time required goods delivery
∎ Make schedule and mash selection for screen expose, color and chemical and always maintain recipe system & selected good dyes and chemicals for printing sample & production
∎ Always proper quality production maintain & flow up whole printing area like Graphic design, Color shade mixing, Expose, sample development & production.
∎ Manage productivity of all production employees and facilitate production schedules execute a professional high-quality printing process.
∎ Supervise the service technician as well as service team, to receive the buyer complains & finding the problem and solving those as early as possible.
∎ Effective in maintaining good communication with Production team, Sample, Merchandiser team, Cutting manager and Planning dept. and Buyer representative.
∎ Monitoring total plan and maintain on time and standard quality production of all orders
∎ To assist management team with regarding report all activity works and service plan.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management.
