Key Responsibilities:
Should have skills in printing works across various categories.
Must have good knowledge of different types of printing machines.
Able to ensure quality production/printing as per requirements.
Should have knowledge of material costing and other related expenses.
Must be skilled in printing operations from pre-press to final printing.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all printing operations.
Ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of all printing machines.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of printing jobs.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to achieve targets.
Implement cost control measures to minimize wastage and increase efficiency.
Maintain strict quality standards throughout the printing process.
Train, guide, and supervise printing staff to enhance productivity and skills.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in the printing unit.
Innovate and adopt new printing technologies to improve output and quality.
Prepare periodic reports on production, costing, and performance for management.
