Responsibilities & Context:
Adex is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional to join our Poly, Packaging & Printing Division as Manager. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in operating corrugated carton production starting from raw papers to finish including Poly and accessories. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with business acumen to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Experience Needed
Understanding of market dynamics, supply chain, and customer requirements in the packaging & accessory industry.
Experience in production planning, quality assurance, and cost optimization.
Strong leadership and people management skills to lead a production team.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the operations of Adex Poly, Packaging & Printing Division ensuring smooth workflow and machine utilization.
Supervise and coordinate the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
Develop and execute production plans aligned with sales and client requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of quality products, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
Monitor inventory of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods, ensuring stock efficiency.
Implement quality control processes and maintain safety standards across the plant.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore new market opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production, sales, and cost analysis to senior management.
Train and guide team members to enhance operational skills and overall productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to achieve business
