∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 8 to 10 years of experience in production of garment/textile industry.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
∎ Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ At least 8 to 10 years of experience in production of garment/textile industry.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement efficient production planning and methods.
∎ Strategically plan & adapt production plans dynamically.
∎ Ensure operation feasibility of Production plan, No of style change, Line continuity/material flow, Skills etc.
∎ Ensure synchronization of inventory and align material availability with production flow.
∎ Ensure Realtime monitoring, Track and adjust production progress instantly.
∎ Ensure TNA / Revise TNA attachment upon any necessity.
∎ Ensure seven (07) days freeze plan.
∎ Prepare & published monthly freeze plan.
∎ Maintain TNA of knitting, Dyeing, Fabrics and trims delivery etc.
∎ Coordinate TNA review meeting.
∎ Making different IEP reports.
∎ Making systemize the factory & budgeting manpower·
∎ Ensure seamless collaboration with cross functional departments for execution.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
