Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.   

• At Least 7 Years. 
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):knitting Factory.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.

1 .Quality Control:

• Inspection: Conduct inspections at various stages of production (incoming materials, in-process, and final product) to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Testing: Oversee and sometimes perform various tests to check the strength, durability, and quality of knitted fabrics.
• Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, tests, and quality-related data for analysis and reporting.

2. Process Improvement

• Identify Issues: Detect patterns in quality issues and work to identify the root causes.
• Implement Solutions: Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

3. Compliance

• Standards Adherence: Ensure that the factory complies with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare for and assist in both internal and external audits related to quality and compliance.

4.Team Management

• Training: Train quality control staff and production workers on quality standards and proper procedures.
• Supervision: Oversee the work of quality control inspectors, providing guidance and support.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.

5. Communication

• Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and areas of concern.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer complaints related to quality and work towards resolving issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, and other departments to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

6. Inventory Management

• Raw Materials: Monitor the quality of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent quality.
• Defective Products: Manage the disposition of defective products, including rework, rejection, or return to suppliers.

7. Safety and Compliance

• Safety Standards: Ensure that all quality control activities are carried out in a safe manner, complying with factory safety standards.
