Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and overview production material supply and resource allocation.
∎ Develop, integrate and lead day-to-day key production initiatives.
∎ Plan and overview production material supply and resource allocation.
∎ Develop optimum plant utilization through best usage of workforce, machine & materials in line with operational compliance.
∎ Update information on technical operations and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
∎ Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning, information support and analysis.
∎ Monitor and follow up day to day production to meet production/shipment target.
∎ Continuously strive to minimize cost
∎ Develop and implement production schedules and timelines for garment production line.
∎ Daily production achievement monitor & follow-up weekly shipment alert report.
∎ Maintain effective communication with all departments involved in the production process.
∎ Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides strategic solutions.
∎ Manages day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various BR business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
∎ Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
∎ Plays a significant role in planning, project reporting, & implementing change control processes.
∎ Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
∎ Identifies trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and execution.
∎ Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders, and escalates to an appropriate level when required.
∎ Assesses a variety of situations and provides clarity to team and stakeholders.
∎ Understanding and follow the customer procedures for order execution.
∎ Communicate with Merchandiser for fabric, trims and accessories booking and delivery .
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure production and timely delivery of orders.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyers spec & requirements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
