Responsibilities & Context:
Arranging PP activities with correct lead time to achieve given plan cut date, Size sets, Pre Production meeting Etc.
Conducting style review meeting with production concerns with a view to reduce changeovers.
Preparing Weekly cut plan - 2 Weeks Cut Plan considering fabric availability and forecast.
Conducting daily input meeting – Discussing daily cut stocks and requirement by line and color.
Weekly shipment PO checking by color by sizes- Conducting meeting with production team.
Capable of handling 140 lines with zero none productive time.
Fast React operating skills.
Foresee the upcoming glitch, raise flag immediately & resolve in advance.
