Receive Board of Directors, top management, buyers, and VIP guests and ensure high-standard hospitality services.
Arrange and oversee food, beverages, and special hospitality requirements for guests.
Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders.
Prepare and manage periodic reports of guest house billing, cost sheets, and expense tracking.
Monitor and control guest house operational costs and budgets.
Maintain and monitor guest house assets including furniture, appliances, linen, and fixtures.
Ensure proper inventory management of guest house items and consumables.
Handle vendor coordination for food supplies, maintenance, and utilities.
Ensure safety, security, and discipline within the guest house premises.
Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.
