Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage brand quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with AEO and A&F standards.
Oversee quality control across washing and cut & sew production processes.
Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality management.
Ensure production processes meet brand-specific quality guidelines and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with production, technical, and washing teams to maintain consistent product quality.
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify improvement areas.
Provide technical guidance and training to quality teams and factory staff.
Monitor quality KPIs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to reduce defects.
Maintain effective communication with brand representatives and internal stakeholders.
Ensure 6S and Safety in the factory.
