∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ 15–20 years of progressive experience in garment manufacturing, with a strong background in operations, industrial engineering, and production planning.
∎ Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools is highly preferred.
∎ Valid GSD (General Sewing Data) License.
∎ Certification or training in Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and monitor garment production processes to ensure timely and efficient operations.
∎ Lead and supervise production, planning, and support teams to maintain seamless workflow and high productivity levels.
∎ Implement and improve operational systems and processes for higher efficiency.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and labor regulations.
∎ Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and logistics teams to align operational goals with strategic business objectives.
∎ Analyze production data and generate performance reports for senior management.
∎ Manage resource allocation, reduce operational waste, and support cost-effective production initiatives.

(Unit-1, Garments) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Operations to lead and optimize the operational functions of our garment manufacturing facility. This role requires a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in production planning, workflow management, quality assurance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring timely delivery, and enhancing overall productivity while maintaining cost-efficiency.
