Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans in coordination with factory and sales teams.
Lead product development activities including model selection, design review, specification finalization and trial coordination.
Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers for tooling, components, raw materials and vendor development.
Ensure timely material availability through effective procurement planning, inventory control and follow-up with SCM teams.
Monitor BOM accuracy, material consumption, stock levels, and production readiness.
Support cost optimization through supplier negotiation, alternative sourcing and material standardization initiatives.
Coordinate die/mold development, sample approval, pilot runs and mass production readiness.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and present MIS reports on planning performance, development progress, supplier status and material utilization.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Commercial and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution.
