Job Context:
∎ China Based Mobile Manufacturing plant
∎ Job location : Vogra, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize, implement, schedule and review the daily production plan;
∎ • Be responsible for department cost management; Control and improve plant efficiency; Responsible for achieving the overall performance target of the factory, Good use of resources;
∎ • To inspect the production line, check the implementation of the "system" and correct the unqualified items in time;
∎ • Focus on product quality and work quality review, and timely press "corrective and preventive procedures" for nonconforming items;
∎ • According to the regulations, check and approve the "abnormal order of production", "abnormal materials", "requisition", "return bill", "requisition", etc;
∎ • To deal with major quality problems, delivery plan and safety production in time;
∎ • To formulate the relevant work plan of the department according to the department control indicator assessment formulated by the company, and organize and implement the summary to improve the improvement
∎ • the main design product production process, establish process control system, plan production capacity, set standard hours, cooperate with the financial department to analyze the manufacturing cost;
∎ • responsible for organizing the production resource needs assessment and configuration: including manpower, equipment, plant, tooling, and low value and consumable products needed for production. Continuously improve the production process, save the production cost and optimize the production resources
∎ • responsible for leading the engineering teams to ensure normal production, evaluation, transformation and implementation of engineering changes, analysis of defective products and improvement of qualified rate, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years

∎ Should have knowledge on Mobile manufacturing
