Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, coordinate, organize and control of administration, logistics & others essential sites of the company (Multi task) policy.
∎ Marketing & Sale (Flat & Apartment) as per target.
∎ Smart knowledge of RAJUK, Registry office related all work, REHAB, DESCO, WASA, Bank or any other real estate works related office.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of Flat sales, Join venture Land development as per management target.
∎ To manage all administrative effectively all the company matters.
∎ Responsible for the technical management, supervision & control of site constructions processes.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing marker trends.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
∎ Supporting and managing a marketing team.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
∎ To implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement of real estate business.
∎ Ensure employees/worker smooth working.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Bangla Typing (Bijoy & Avro),
∎ Must be very fluent both speaking & writing in English.
∎ Accounts, Maintenance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operation, Administration & Supervision.
