• Age 30 to 48 years

• Strong knowledge of Ceiling Fan and TPW Fan product structure, components, materials and manufacturing processes.

• Proven experience in production planning, product development coordination and supplier management.

• Sound understanding of material planning, inventory control, BOM management and cost analysis.

• Strong communication, negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure in factory-based environments.

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.

• Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans in coordination with factory and sales teams.

• Lead product development activities including model selection, design review, specification finalization and trial coordination.

• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers for tooling, components, raw materials and vendor development.

• Ensure timely material availability through effective procurement planning, inventory control and follow-up with SCM teams.

• Monitor BOM accuracy, material consumption, stock levels, and production readiness.

• Support cost optimization through supplier negotiation, alternative sourcing and material standardization initiatives.

• Coordinate die/mold development, sample approval, pilot runs and mass production readiness.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements and regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare and present MIS reports on planning performance, development progress, supplier status and material utilization.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Commercial and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution.
