Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure plant and machine are in operable condition and effective capacity utilization production layout and planning - ensure safety and productivity automation - ensure competitiveness
∎ The Manager Operation is responsible for overseeing and leading the work of a group of people in many instances. The Manager is also responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within a business unit.
∎ He must organize and watch over the daily operations of a manufacturing plant, as well as similar organizations. It’s their responsibility to oversee efficiency and production, the employees, and to ensure the plant consistently runs efficiently, quickly, safely, and smoothly.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of production plan, policy, procedure and guideline.
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic production plan and its implementation.
∎ Create strong performance culture that reinforce the organization's required behaviors and motivate, develop all team members to deliver their full potential.

∎ Evaluate productivity of the plant and introduce new strategies to enhance productivity, Reduce operational costs and implement advanced safety measures.
∎ Provide material specifications and other requirements for procurement.
∎ Ensure Quality production and look after over all quality control.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
∎ Strong Computer skill & able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills.
∎ Good skill in English.
