Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow and meetup daily, weekly and monthly production plan and target ensuring maximum utilization of machines with minimum wastage.
∎ Productivity analysis and optimization.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
∎ Reduce bottlenecks and NPT and increase efficiency.
∎ Improve manufacturing lead time. Reduction of RM consumption.
∎ Implementation of lean six sigma tools throughout all the product lines of factory.
∎ Implement 5S, Visual Factory & Lean in production floor.
∎ Ensure implementation of SOP and follow accordingly
∎ Responsible for achieving production KPI of offset department.
∎ Maintain collaboration with central planning, pre-press, customer service, sales and product development team.
∎ Team building, set KPI for team members. Implement PDCA & A3 problem solving between supervisors & team leaders within & across department.
∎ Implementation of TQM & 7 QC tools based on process requirement and product specification.
∎ Liaise with Quality to ensure Product Quality and compliance. Ensure comprehensive follow up and corrective actions on customer complaints.
∎ Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed to attract, retain and develop high potential talent.
∎ Optimize and partner with Supply chain, support Supply chain processes through regular interaction.
