Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/MBA/Masters from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to:-
∎
∎ Identify and understand current and unmet needs for existing and potential clients.
∎ Have thorough understanding of aggregate product specifications and applications.
∎ To control and maintain all over the factory
∎ Supervise and monitoring all department to the factory.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking timely decision.
∎ To take all necessary safety & security measures in connection with the operation.
∎ Capacity to manage change, identify the problems, their causes and practical solutions.
∎ Excellent leadership capability and staff management skill preparation of daily work program
∎ To take necessary measures with the admin, hr & compliance department in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Ten (10) years experience in a relevant field.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Good computer skill.
∎ Practical experience in relevant post in a reputed manufacturing organization (aggregates, construction, asphalt or ready mix concrete) company will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
