  • Strong command in Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP/CRM Software.

Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise CRM department activities.

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between factories, marketing department and project sites.

  • Monitor daily production programs and delivery schedules.

  • Oversee cement and raw material stock monitoring system.

  • Ensure proper distribution planning of cement to each factory.

  • Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-out or overstock situations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with cement suppliers for uninterrupted supply.

  • Maintain professional coordination with Project Engineers and Project Managers.

  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly stock and supply reports.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of program schedules, delivery orders, and statements.

  • Provide management reports with data analysis and recommendations.

  • Ensure effective use of CRM software and advanced MS Excel reporting tools.

  • Develop SOPs and improve operational processes for efficiency.

  • Implement control mechanisms to reduce operational risk and wastage.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.

  • Support strategic decision-making with operational insights.
