Department: Call Center & Data Management

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming & outgoing calls in a timely manner, addressing customer needs or inquiries effectively.

  • Monitor and respond promptly to all client inquiries across multiple platforms, including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, website chat, Google reviews, email, and e-paper. Ensure all responses are courteous, professional, and informative.

  • Convince customer to purchase our products on Telemarketing calls.

  • Offer accurate, clear, and concise information to callers, ensuring they understand the details being provided.

  • Accurately input client details, inquiries, and relevant notes into the dashboard system when there is an immediate project match and distribute to the sales team.

  • Maintain regular reports on calls, lead generations, call findings and interactions.

  • Achieve Monthly targets.

  • Work closely with sales team to analyze market trends.
